1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased from DoAppNow.

By purchasing any service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

All payments are processed securely through our billing provider (MOR). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.


2. General Refund Principles

Because DoAppNow provides digital development services and custom-built app files, refunds are limited.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The type of plan purchased

  • Whether development work has started

  • Whether deliverables have been provided

  • The timing of the refund request

Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case-by-case.


3. Basic Plan (Trial Plan) Refunds

The Basic Plan is a low-cost test build.

Refunds may be granted ONLY if:

  • No development work has started

  • No app files have been delivered

  • Refund request is made within 24 hours of payment

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • Development has begun

  • APK file has been delivered

  • The 15-day trial has been used

  • Customer changes their mind

Because the Basic Plan is priced as a trial evaluation service, it is generally non-refundable once work begins.


4. Subscription Plans (Android Plus & iOS Plus)

Subscription payments are recurring monthly charges.

4.1 First Payment Refund

A refund may be considered for the first subscription payment ONLY if:

  • No development work has started

  • No Android App files have been delivered

  • Refund is requested within 24 hours of payment

If development has begun, the subscription payment becomes non-refundable.


4.2 Renewal Payments

Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Partial use of a billing period

  • Failure to use the service

  • App store rejection

  • Customer delays

  • Website technical issues

  • Missed cancellation before renewal date

Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal through billing portal.


4.3 Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future billing.

It does not:

  • Refund previous payments

  • Restore expired billing periods

  • Provide partial refunds for unused days

Access to updates may be restricted once subscription ends.


5. White Label Plan Refunds

Refunds for white label plans may be considered ONLY if:

  • Development has not started

  • Refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • Any design or development work has started

  • Branding materials have been processed

  • App files have been delivered

  • Customer changes their business decision

  • App store rejects submission

  • Customer delays the process

White Label plans are generally non-refundable once work begins due to resource allocation and development commitment.


6. Customization & Add-On Services

Payments for:

  • Additional customization

  • Extra update bundles

  • Special feature requests

  • Urgent delivery fees

Are non-refundable once work has started.

If customization work has not started, a refund may be considered within 24 hours.


7. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If a duplicate or accidental charge occurs:

  • Contact support within 7 days

  • Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full


8. Technical Issues & Bug Fixes

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor bugs or display issues

  • App store rejections

  • Platform policy changes

  • Third-party plugin conflicts

  • WordPress site issues

  • Hosting/server issues

Instead, reasonable efforts will be made to fix valid technical errors within the scope of the purchased plan.


9. App Store Rejection

DoAppNow does not guarantee app approval by Google Play, Apple App Store or any other app stores.

Refunds will NOT be granted due to:

  • Policy violations

  • Metadata issues

  • Content violations

  • Account suspension

  • Store guideline changes

App approval is solely dependent on platform policies and the Customer’s content compliance.


10. Abuse & Fraud

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • Fraudulent behavior is suspected

  • Payment disputes are filed without contacting support

  • Abuse of trial systems is detected

We reserve the right to suspend service in such cases.


11. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:

  • 5–10 business days to process

  • Additional time depending on bank/payment provider

Refund timelines depend on Payment Provider and the original payment method.


12. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact support before filing a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of service

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Denial of future service
