1. Introduction

Welcome to DoAppNow. By accessing or purchasing any service from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

DoAppNow provides Hybrid and Fully Featured mobile app services for WordPress websites, including subscription-based plans and white label one-time purchase options.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.


2. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to mobile app development services offered by DoAppNow.

  • “Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing a plan.

  • “Subscription Plan” refers to recurring monthly plans.

  • “White Label Plan” refers to one-time payment branding plans.

  • “Basic Plan” refers to the low-cost trial/test plan.

  • “App Files” refer to APK, AAB, IPA or other deliverables provided.

  • “Platform” refers to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

  • “Billing Provider” refers to payment provider or merchant of record, used to manage payments and subscriptions.


3. Service Overview

DoAppNow provides a Hybrid and Fully Featured professional mobile application that loads and interacts with the Customer’s existing WordPress website.

The Service does not include:

  • Hosting of the website

  • Publishing apps to stores

  • App store approval guarantees

  • Custom feature development unless separately agreed


4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete details required for app development

  • Ensure ownership or rights to all website content

  • Maintain their WordPress website functionality

  • Maintain valid Google Play and/or Apple Developer accounts

  • Comply with all app store policies

  • Ensure website content complies with applicable laws

DoAppNow is not responsible for rejection of apps by app stores.


5. Subscription Plans Terms

5.1 Basic Plan (Trial Plan)

  • One-time payment.

  • DoAppNow provides APK app file only. Normally it takes 48 hours to develop APK App after getting complete app details from the customer, but in some cases this time may exceed to several more days.

  • App expires automatically after 15 days. During these 15 days period customer can test this app and request further customization. Customization requests will only be entertained if they fall under the scope of Basic Customization (Section 5.5 ). 

  • This trial app is intended for testing and evaluation purposes only.

  • After expiry app will become non usable and does not include ongoing maintenance.

Basic customization will only be provided before subscribing to a subscription plan (section 5.2 & 5.3 below). After monthly subscription starts, no customization request is allowed.


5.2 Android Plus Plan (Monthly Subscription)

  • Includes monthly recurring payment.

  • DoAppNow will provide APK and AAB files for android app only.

  • App files will be provided within 24 hours of starting subscription, in case APK is already built in Basic Plan (Section 5.1). 

  • If subscription is canceled or unpaid, service access and update eligibility may be restricted app will be blocked showing a maintenance banner until restart of subscription.


5.3 iOS Plus Plan (Monthly Subscription)

  • Includes monthly recurring payment.

  • DoAppNow will provide APK AAB & IPA files for both Android & iOS Apps.

  • iOS apps require customer’s own Apple Developer account ($99/year) to publish the to the App Store. It is highly recommended to register a business account instead of individual account for a smooth publishing process.

  • Requires Customer to maintain active Apple Developer account.

  • Development timeline for iOS app developement may vary (approximately up to 2 months).

  • Subject to Apple policies and review process.


5.4 App Updates

  • Customers can request version updates. These app updates will only be provided if necessary. Decision for updates will be made based upon thorough assessment of update request. 

  • Both Soft and Hard (Forced) app update options are available for app users.


5.5 Customization Policy

App customization falls under two categories Basic Customization & Advanced Customization.
Basic Customization includes:

  • App icon customization

  • Splash screen customization

  • Theme colors customization

  • Navigation pages and buttons labels adjustments

All customizations other than Basic Customizations are considered as Advanced Customizations and will be charged additionally if agreed by DoAppNow.

DoAppNow reserves the right to accept or decline any customization requests.


5.6 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

All monthly Subscription Plans are billed on an automatic, recurring basis. 

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account dashboard or by submitting a cancellation request to support@doappnow.com. 

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your current renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period.

5.7 Suspension for Non-Payment

If subscription payment fails:

  • A grace period of few days may apply. After the grace period, services may be suspended.

  • Reactivation may require renewal.


 


6. White Label Plan Terms

6.1 One-Time Payment Structure

White Label plans require a one-time payment.

These plans include:

  • No monthly payments

  • 6 month priority support included


6.2 Scope of White Label Plans

White label App buyers will not have to pay monthly subscription fee. But they will still pay App Scaling Charges in case if their app scales based on NOPs (see Section 8).

White label does not automatically include:

  • Custom feature development

  • Backend system changes

  • Ongoing unlimited updates

  • Publishing services

Additional feature development or Advance customization requires separate agreement.


6.3 White Label Priority Support Period

  • 6 months of priority support is included.

  • After 6 months, priority support may be offered at additional cost.

  • Support covers issues in the delivered apps only.


6.4 Intellectual Property

Customer retains ownership of their website and brand assets.
DoAppNow retains rights to:

  • Core framework

  • Underlying source code

  • Technical architecture

White Label or any other plan offered by DoAppNow does not transfer ownership of underlying framework or source code technology. Source code or any part of it will never be provided to customer under any circumstances. 


7. App Store Responsibility

Customer is solely responsible for:

  • Publishing to Google Play store

  • Publishing to Apple App Store or any other app stores.

  • Compliance with store policies

  • Developer account management

  • App content legality

DoAppNow does not guarantee approval by any platform.


8. App Scaling Charges (NOPs)

Whenever users open app it fetches/syncs data from WordPress. Which requires backend server runs. We charge our customers for this only if their app scales, based on NOPs (Number of App Openings) per month.

For up to 100,000 NOPs per month there is no extra cost(Free).

For 100,001 to 350,000 NOPs per month customers will pay 20$.

For 350,000 and above NOPs per month customers will pay 50$.

NOPs are calculated based on calendar month days (from day 1 to last day of each month), instead of exact 30 days period.
You will be informed about NOPs of last month at the first day of Next month through email. In case there is a payable amount, you must pay it within next 5 days. 
NOPs are paid separately than subscription charges.
NOPs are applicable to both subscription based apps and white label apps.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and subject to review.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Service has not yet begun.

  • No development work has been delivered.

  • Duplicate payment occurred.

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Completed builds

  • Change of mind

  • App store rejection

  • Customer dependent delays

  • Subscription periods already used

All refund decisions are final.


10. Pricing Adjustments

To continue delivering high-quality features and maintaining a robust platform, we may occasionally need to adjust our pricing. 

These adjustments allow us to adapt to global market changes, currency volatility, economic conditions, and ongoing platform enhancements. 

We will always provide our active subscribers with clear, advance notice of any price changes, ensuring you have ample time to review your current plan.

11. Limitation of Liability

DoAppNow shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • App store rejection

  • Website downtime

  • Third-party service failure

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding 30 days.


12. Service Refusal

DoAppNow reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • Customer provides unlawful content

  • Payment fraud is suspected

  • Abusive behavior occurs

  • Technical feasibility is not possible

13. Service Availability

While we strive to provide a seamless and uninterrupted experience, there may be rare occasions where the app, our WordPress plugin, or backend systems experience temporary downtime. 

This can occur due to necessary maintenance, technical updates, or unforeseen infrastructure issues. 

We are committed to acting quickly to resolve any service interruptions to minimize the impact on your application

14. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoAppNow, its affiliates, and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Customer’s use of the Service. 

This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to the content of your app or website, copyright infringement, violation of these Terms, or the violation of any third-party rights. 

You are solely responsible for the legality and compliance of the app you build and distribute using our platform.

15. Modification of Terms

DoAppNow reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business practices. 

We will notify users of significant changes by sending an email notification. 

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, such a ruling shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 

The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the rest of this document will remain in full force and effect.


17. Force Majeure

DoAppNow shall not be liable for delays due to:

  • Platform policy changes

  • App store system issues

  • Government regulations

  • Natural disasters

  • Infrastructure outages


18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the service provider’s jurisdiction.
